I operate at both the strategic and ground level: I define roadmaps and product vision, while staying close enough to the data and engineering to make informed trade-offs quickly. My background is .NET Core, Azure Integration Services, and cloud-native architecture, which means I can scope, sequence, and sanity-check delivery alongside the engineers building it, not just describe it in a PRD.

I've led GenAI initiatives end to end, including LLM-powered onboarding assistants, RAG-based transaction intelligence, and AI-driven anomaly detection, bringing a practitioner's view to evaluating and implementing AI tooling rather than theorising about it. I work daily with OpenAI, Claude, Azure OpenAI, and Google Gemini, alongside prompt engineering and AI agent design.
